I don't know where to put a discount code. On the second page of the checkout.

I've ordered rolled/flat wrap and some crackers. Only 1 part has been delivered. We send rolled wrap in a postal tube and crackers in a box. There will be 1/2 and 2/2 written on your packages. They may get split up in the postal system with Royal Mail and arrive on different days, they are both coming, don't panic.

My Royal Mail tracking says that it hasn't arrived yet. If your tracking says "An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item" - that means that it's still with Royal Mail and you will get an update when it's been delivered, it hasn’t been lost. Royal Mail are processing an extraordinary amount of parcels at Christmas. By their own admission, they are experiencing delays. Please be patient, it will arrive. If it hasn't arrived after 10 working days (from receiving your dispatch email), please get in touch. Orders placed on Friday afternoon and at the weekend are collected from us on a Monday by Royal Mail.

My parcel is at the sorting office. You can arrange for a redelivery or collect in person. See here

When will my parcel be dispatched? We are working really hard to dispatch your orders quickly, usually within 2 days. If it's urgent, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help you. Choose Express Delivery for Next Day delivery (if you order by 12pm that day). Next Day is next working day. We also offer a special Saturday delivery, please order by 12pm on the Friday.

WE HAVE SOLD OUT OF CHRISTMAS CRACKERS FOR 2021. Orders open again first week of January 2022. Our Christmas crackers are available in catering packs for your hotel, restaurant or event.

WE ARE FULLY BOOKED FOR BESPOKE CHRISTMAS CRACKERS FOR 2021. Orders open again first week of January 2022. All of our crackers are handmade in England. We offer a very limited number of production slots every year to bespoke crackers. Minimum order applies.
