AMERICAN CUSTOMERS, PLEASE READ

To our dear American customers, please read the following, which will impact your order from us as we're based in the United Kingdom.

On 30 July 2025, a United States Government Executive Order announced changes to
the customs obligations and processes for goods being imported into the USA from
29 August 2025.

• The duty-free threshold (‘de minimis’) of $800 will be removed and replaced by tariffs (duties) which must be paid to US Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
• For goods shipped via the international postal system, customs duties will be calculated using the value of the item/s and the prevailing country based (IEEPA) tariff for the item/s, depending on their country of origin (country of manufacture, not shipping).

If you choose Royal Mail for your shipping option, we will collect pay the charges on your behalf and then send to the American government (via Royal Mail). You should not be charged any further tariffs/duties when the parcel reaches America. 

If you choose courier for your shipping options, FedEx and UPS will get in touch and charge you for the tariffs/duties when the goods reach America.

At present, we do not know the exact tariff, but we believe you will be charged 10% tariff on goods. This is very new for the US Customs and Border Protection, couriers and companies dispatching orders. Please bear with us whilst we transition this change.
