September 01, 2020
We've been working really hard on some exciting new designs and products for Christmas 2020. This year hasn't been what anyone expected and we hope that Christmas will bring the comfort and joy that we all crave and are familiar with. Here is what's new...
CHRISTMAS CRACKERS
There are four new cracker designs to introduce for 2020 new designs, Oak Leaves & Acorns, Winter Whales, Traditional Tartan and Victorian Christmas. We have also reworked the Candy Cane design, making the candy canes smaller scale, so you get more on per cracker! We're also thrilled to bring you the much asked for and long awaited Christmas cracker kits - make your own crackers at home with our delightful and whimsical kit. Check out the whole collection here.
WRAPPING PAPER AND GIFT TAGS
Our wrapping paper is the perfect thickness, thick enough to be luxurious and give you nice crisp edges, but not too thick that you can't use it. Comes with matching gift tags. New designs include Winter Whales, Oak Leaves & Acorns and Traditional Tartan. Don't forget the bundles - quick and easy to buy and you make a saving than if you bought all the items separately.
NEW RIBBON
There are a few new ribbons joining the much loved grosgrain ribbon. These include some velvet ribbon and some raffia paper ribbon (extra marks for being eco-friendly!). The perfect finishing touch for your presents. Pop a sprig of yew tree underneath and you're done!
ONE TREE PLANTED
We really excited to announce that we've teamed up with One Tree Planted and for every box of crackers you buy, we're going to plant a tree. See this post for more information.
PLASTIC FREE PACKAGING
All of our packaging is plastic free, no bubble wrap, no plastic tape. All wrapped with love and care in recycled and recyclable card boxes. Inside, if a void is to be filled with scrunched paper, it's recycled or reused. The paper tape to secure your parcel is plastic free. If there is the odd cellophane packed card or pack of tags, it's because it's been packed a while ago, these are being phased out.
