RETURNS POLICY

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Our goods are designed and made with great care and we hope that you like them. However, if for some reason you are not, you may send them back in the original packaging and condition within 7 days for an exchange or refund. 

We can only exchange on the same product. If you would like a different item then a new order must be placed. Any returned items will be refunded immediately minus the cost of the initial postage fee. Any faulty items must be returned to us before a replacement or refund is provided. We will only replace with the same item. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange used goods. If a product has been made to order we are unable to cancel or refund an order due to the custom nature of the product. 

If you do send items back then please use a secure postage method, so that you can trace where the package is. The item is your responsibility until we receive it. A proof of posting will assist you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged, mislaid or otherwise undelivered.

BESPOKE, PERSONALISED & CUSTOM

Due to custom made nature of personalised and bespoke goods, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on such goods.

VINTAGE GOODS

We describe and photograph vintage goods as best we can, including the condition. All vintage goods sales are final and cannot be offered a refund. If you are unsure about a product, please don't hesitate to contact us before your purchase.

DAMAGE AND LOST 

We always aim to package your item(s) so that it will be protected as possible during transit.

If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the carrier's insurers. If you receive a damaged parcel, note the fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier, make sure that you sign for it as 'Damaged package / Goods not yet inspected' or similar to warn the carrier that a claim may be forthcoming. Please contact us by email with as much detail of the damage or loss as you can provide, as soon after delivery as possible, so that we can arrange replacement goods and start following up the carriers. 

Please do not return damaged goods, unless and until requested to do so as this may incur additional costs unnecessarily.

All goods are sent with Royal Mail or UPS, unless otherwise stated. We cannot be held responsible for goods not collected from your local Royal Mail sorting office if you were out when they were delivered. If they are returned to us, you shall be refunded your order, minus delivery costs. We will resend your order at request and at cost price. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses and names entered when ordering. 

If you suspect a lost delivery please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look into it for you straight away.
