Descriptions and specifications
Whilst every effort is made to ensure colours displayed in photographs are a close representation, slight variations in the actual goods may occur. Goods that have been made by hand are done so to a high and consistent standard, however we cannot ensure that every item will be exactly the same. Goods made using one off materials or a limited supply are unique, so expect variation. Cards are blank inside unless otherwise stated. No refund or exchanges are offered on one off, vintage or limited edition items. Please email us if you have any questions. All measurements are rounded to the nearest cm, unless otherwise stated.

All payments are made through Paypal. Even if you do not have a Paypal account you can still use it to pay for your goods using your card. This is a safe and secure method to pay for your goods. We do not accept cheques or money orders.

Delivery Charges
For UK orders, the costs are as listed below:
Orders £9 or under - £2.00
Orders £10 - £19 - £2.00
Orders £10 - £19 - £2.00
Orders £20+ £2.00
Vintage typewriters include postage. UK Mainland only.
For EU orders, the P&P is £5.95
For Canada and USA orders, the P&P cost is £8.95 (air mail)
For the ROW (Rest of the World) orders, the P&P cost is £9.95 (air mail)
P&P includes handling costs and the postage and packaging costs.
You are responsible for any import taxes or any other fees that you may have to pay for incoming international orders. We cannot guarantee a specific date for deliveries being made abroad.
Postage and Packaging
The final price quoted on the payments page is the price of the goods including delivery to the stated destination. We use the Royal Mail to send your parcel or a courier, if it is a larger order.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch within 2-3 working days of receipt of your order. When a product is in stock please allow 5 days for UK delivery. If you have a deadline and would like the goods quicker, email us, and we will hopefully be able to help you. Please allow longer for posting outside the UK mainland. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that every item is in stock permanently, although we do try our best. If an item is out of stock we will advise you of an anticipated delivery date.
Exchanges and refunds
Our goods are designed and handmade with great care and we hope that you like them. However, if for some reason you are not, you may send them back in the original packaging and condition within 7 days for an exchange or refund.
We can only exchange on the same product. If you would like a different item then a new order must be placed. Any returned items will be refunded immediately minus the cost of the initial postage fee. Any faulty items must be returned to us before a replacement or refund is provided. We will only replace with the same item. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange used goods. If a product has been made to order we are unable to cancel or refund an order due to the custom nature of the product.
We do not offer a exchnage or return policy on vintage goods. They are sold as seen. If you are unsure about a purchase, please contact us.
If you do send items back then please use a secure postage method, so that you can trace where the package is. The item is your responsibility until we receive it. A proof of posting will assist you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged, mislaid or otherwise undelivered/undeliverable.
Custom/Personalised
Due to custom made nature of personalised goods, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on such goods.
Damage and Lost
We always aim to package your item(s) so that it will be protected as possible during transit.
If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the carrier's insurers. If you receive a damaged parcel, note the fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier, make sure that you sign for it as 'Damaged package / Goods not yet inspected' or similar to warn the carrier that a claim may be forthcoming. Please contact us by email with as much detail of the damage or loss as you can provide, as soon after delivery as possible, so that we can arrange replacement goods and start following up the carriers.
Please do not return damaged goods, unless and until requested to do so as this may incur additional costs unnecessarily.
Confidentiality
We exercise all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied to us by customers strictly confidential. We never supply our 'mailing information' to third parties but do use it to advise our clients of goods, services and offers we feel may be of interest to them, unless expressly instructed otherwise in writing.

The Environment
Any small wastage that we might have left over is recycled locally or reused by us. We package your goods considering the environment and try to re-use packaging where we can, like the polystyrene peanuts. We also try to source as many goods as we can locally, which also supports local businesses and reduces our carbon footprint. Our postcards and our wrapping paper are printed on FSC paper and card. All of our printing is done in England, using vegetable based inks.
